The entitlement to a commission of 3% of the purchase price, plus statutory VAT, becomes effective once the procured transaction is legally valid (i.e. upon agreement or the entry of an applicable condition). The commission is due upon signature of the purchase or lease agreement. The agent and/or principal, M&P Real Estate Services GmbH (the licence holder of Engel & Völkers Residential GmbH) and their authorised agents where applicable, are entitled to immediate payment by the purchaser. We shall not be held liable where this information is incomplete, incorrect or out of date. The purchaser shall pay the land transfer tax, and the notary and land registry costs.
