Overview

Nativeness 
The development and construction of the 11 sq km area is carried out very carefully in the traditional Tuscan style which leads to a site density of only 0.3%.

In addition to the restoration and revitalization of the Borgo and the Casali, the Villaggi will be created in the traditional village structures of Tuscan villages. They will be positioned on different hilltops, whereas the buildings are traditionally condensed on the top and loosening up on the increase.

Old buildings and new buildings
In the historic buildings of the Borgo, urban apartments ("La Terrazza and La Ghialla") will arise in central location.

Alternatively, the old farmhouses in need of restauration, the Casali, which are spread over the whole area, can be purchased, enlarged and designed according to your needs. New construction of residential villas in Tuscan style adjacent to the golf course is planed.

The Villagi are comprised of apartments, townhouses and villas and offer idyllic community and pool areas. 

Handover
All objects (except Casali) will be handed over fully developed (surfaces, kitchen, bathroom). Different styles allow the buyer to participate in the co-creation of his object. Additional requests will be considered as extras.
