Casali

"Casali" are old farmhouses that are scattered as individual projects at different locations on the estate. Without doubt, these are the jewels of the project.
Their size and condition are very different. The Casali will be sold as thay are, providing you with the opportunity to both select and then create your own bespoke home, designed and developed to your specific requirements. 

A total of 18 Casali will  be sold with approx. up to 4,500 sq m of land. The sizes of the individual Casali are very different. They vary from a large floor area of approx. 280 sq m to 1,650 sq m and some partly have multiple building complexes.
