A strong team

Developer and builder of the resort is the "Tenuta di Castelfalfi S.p.A.", a subsidiary company of the financially strong TUI AG. 

Since the beginning of the planning and development stage "Tenuta di Castelfalfi S.p.A." cooperates with well known German partners in the field of project development. Besides they are closely accompanied and advised by the Engel & Völkers Resorts Ltd., which is involved in all processes and contributes many years of know-how in terms of international resort projects.
