Example/Apartments within the Borgo, subject to alterations
Example Procedure for Purchasing Real Estate in Castelfalfi
The purchase of an apartment at “La Terrazza I+II” and “La Ghialla” in Castelfalfi shall proceed in the following steps:
1. Reservation: 2 % of purchase price.
The signature of the reservation agreement and the payment of the reservation deposit shall secure that the developer must not offer the reserved unit to any other party.
2. Within 14 days after receiving the documents of the preliminary contract:
Signing the preliminary purchase contract and payment of 20 % of the purchase price.
The 2% reservation deposit shall be deducted from this 20% i.e. a balance of 18% shall be payable by the purchaser at this time.
3. Upon renovation and restructuring of the old building (incl. newly covered roof):
Payment of 30% of the purchase price.
As soon as the apartments are restructured according to their new layouts including the installation of the main building equipment and appliances, 30% of the purchase price has to be paid.
4. Upon Title Deed:
Payment of 50 % of the purchase price.
The object is completely finished and ready for occupancy.
