In fall 2004 Engel & Völkers settled the first Italian shop of the group in Cernobbio. The shop services the west part branch of the Como lake, looking for exclusive properties for our selected clientele.

Real sportmen have also many possibilities: for example the 100-years old Golf CLub in Menaggio-Cadenabbia with its 18 holes course.
