Through the main entrance, passing by a ski room, you get into the entrance hall at the ground level. By the staircase, the other two floors are easily accessible. On the ground floor you can find three 1 ½-room studios. Each studio has a kitchenette, a separate bathroom with shower and access to the terrace, where you can spend time relaxing hours enjoying the beautiful view of the beautiful Rhone Valley. Also located on this floor are a communal laundry room and a cellar. One floor up in the area of the entrance hall is an office which can be used for administrative purposes. In addition, there are a guest WC and a studio where four people can sleep. Next door, guests of the house will be treated to a breakfast in a spacious habitable room. Both the studio and the living room each have a separate access to the balcony. A large 4 ½-room apartment with bath and shower / toilet and a kitchen fills the top floor of the chalet. Also on this floor is a balcony from which you can enjoy the magnificent views of the mountains. This apartment can be used by you or hired out to guests. The Chalet has a garage for one car, a cleaning cavern and an automatic garage door. The cars of your guests may be parked in the parking spaces next to the chalet.
The small and sleepy village Unterems is located in a beautiful hiking area at 100 m above sea level in Turtmanntal. Surrounded by meadows and wooded areas, it offers a beautiful view of the Rhone Valley. The chalet Rhôneblick is located unspoilt and free standing in the German part of Valais and offers a fantastic view of the Sun-Mountains of Crans-Montana in the French Part of Valais. Because the climate is so mild here (about 300 sunny days per year), is also often grown wine that gets through the many hours of sunshine an exceptional flavor. The larger cities Visp and Sion can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. Shopping facilities for the daily needs and a restaurant are in place so far.
