Engel & Völkers Advisory GmbH provides independent consultancy services. The main focus of activities is on the increasing demand from business and private customers for supplementary analyses, alternative options or strategy recommendations on many and various real-estate issues. We accept mandates on behalf of companies whose core competence does not lie in the real-estate sector and, as service providers, we function as an "extended arm" of the respective customer, as it were.

Thanks to the powerful network of regional real-estate consultants in 23 commercial offices throughout Germany as well as our cooperative venture with Binswanger in North America, we are in a position to implement recommendations for action and strategies with a great deal of local and regional expertise.
