After purchasing your new property, the Engel&Völkers team will continue to lend you a hand, supplying you with a complete service package, which will make the move to your new home a lot easier.

Our team will help and give you useful advice in all matters concerning the move. We will supply you with a list of trustworthy craftsmen and we will take care of annoying and time-consuming matters such as applications for a landline, the GEZ (the TV licensing authority), as well as at the post office and at the residents’ registration office.

And because we are aware of the amount of tiresome paper work that is involved in the purchase of a property, we supply you with pre-written letters for the registration of your change of address for the fire insurance (Feuerkasse), the electricity company, for council services and for the refuse collection.

Our greatest concern is your satisfaction and that also after the investment, you will have the feeling of having found the perfect service provider for the purchase of your property.
