What is the energy-pass?

Because of the new EU-Directive for the total energy-efficiency of buildings all property-holders who thinks about a selling or a new renting of their property are bound to bring forward an available energy-pass since 2006.

This so-called energy-pass shall care for more transparency and give decomposition about how the energy consumption of the property can be optimized.
