When choosing an estate agency assume: The way in which the estate agency presents itself, gives clues as to how your property will be presented. Talk to people who have had experiences with estate agents. Which agency is most active and which one tends to be recommended?

Compare the internet performance of various estate agents and their properties. Also take into consideration that not all properties are advertised on the internet. Arrange for an appointment in the estate agent’s office. Did you like the presentations of the properties? Did you find the team trustworthy?

Test the qualifications of  the estate agents: How familiar are they with the market situation?
