Dubai has seen a record property boom in recent years unlike any other place in the world. However, since the “financial crisis” kicked in, recent months have been challenging times for most of us, especially in the real estate industry.

Having said that, we are now thankfully starting to see the market stabilizing, with some property prices even starting to rise again. The market is naturally evolving into a healthier and more “normal” property market, with this subsequent correction proving to be a welcome opportunity for many first time buyers, end-users and investors.
