Dubai has seen a record property boom in recent years unlike any other place in the world. However, since the “financial crisis” kicked in, recent months have been challenging times for most of us, especially in the real estate industry.

Having said that, we are now thankfully starting to see the market stabilizing, with some property prices even starting to rise again. The market is naturally evolving into a healthier and more “normal” property market, with this subsequent correction proving to be a welcome opportunity for many first time buyers, end-users and investors.

There are many lessons which we learned from the financial crisis, one being that as a businesses we should stick to what we know and are best at: specialization of luxury properties in top locations. We have been conducting business as usual and are as before continuing to focus on our customers and delivering excellent service along with quality properties.

As a business we chose not to pay any heed to the extreme negative and inflammatory press stemming from abroad, which was purely propagandatory and neither did we chose to give in to unreasonable demands of buyers who thought that the occasional distress sale prices were representative of the whole market.
