Test the qualifications of your conversation partners: how good is their knowledge of the market? How good is their offer of service, from the sending of the quotations and arranging viewing appointments to the negotiation of contracts and handing over of the materials.

- How is the product presented, regionally and outside the region? Does the strategy take the wishes of the seller into consideration?

- Ask to be shown different sales exposés. Do they match your requirements? Are there projects among them, which can be compared with yours?
