Valencia Beach
(Cullera, El Perellonet, El Perelló, Mareny Blau, Malvarrosa, Patacona, Horta Nord-Museros, Port Saplaya, Albalat dels Sorells - Pobla Farnals)
The beautiful beaches of Valencia have excellent communication with the city centre and are distributed along the vast coastline of the Spanish community, with some of its sections being in the capital, the beach Malvarrosa and La Patacona. These beaches reach as far as down south to Cullera, El Perellonet, El Perelló, Mareny Blau as well as in the villages north of Valencia and Pobla de Farnals, Port Saplaya and Horta Nord area where the towns of Museros and Albalat dels Sorells are situated. Cullera, approximately 30 km south of Valencia is known for its residential location near the Valencia beaches, which are listed as being some of the best sandy beaches in the entire region, besides its historic castle. The Perellonet, El Perelló, El Mareny Blau and El Saler form a sequence of fishing villages about 25 km away from Valencia, where you can find many paradisiacal beaches with protected dunes.
Properties are situated in a unique location, next to the Albufera, which are included in the list of Wetlands of International Importance and have a large and varied amount of wild fauna and flora. There is also a golf course next to the Parador del Saler, with a distance of 6,468 m and 18 holes. Back in the capital, you can enjoy the beaches of La Malvarrosa and La Patacona that have constantly been improved in recent years in order to keep up with the modernity of the city. Both beaches, extensive in length, have a strip of sand from the sea all the way to their beautiful and colourful promenades. Malvarrosa ride connects with the Port of Valencia. This is famous as the America's Cup was held here and the Formula 1 racing is just minutes away from Valencia on the North of Port-Saplaya, Alboraya. Founded in 1970, this town boasts a unique urbanism with much charm, following a line that somewhat resembles Venice, hence has the nickname "Little Venice".
Its piers are located between buildings, bringing the tranquility that transmit into homes. Museros and Albalat of Sorells, are also places that are worth mentioning which constitute the area of Horta Nord, featuring the extensive orange groves and many orchards. Pobla de Farnals is also located in this region but on the coast. Besides its beaches, this area has a marina called Pobla Marina with 686 berths.
EL PUIG:

Puig is a town that is 14 km north of Valencia, accessible by highway and quiet beaches, as well as the beach of El Puig. It is an area characterised by orange cultivation and stands out above all because of the Monastery of El Puig. This monastery is one of the most important examples of the Valencian architecture and historical points where tourists come for a visit every year.
PUZOL:

Puzol is a Valencian municipality located in the region of the Horta Nord with easy access to all services from the village centre. The village is situated next to the nature and mountains, at 1 km distance from the motorway, 5 km from the sea and 18 km from the centre of Valencia. In this district, there are lots of exclusive Monasteries and Alfinach developments, residential properties with all the amenities available to their residents as well as international schools, social clubs, and many others.
SAGUNTO:

Sagunto, located about 25 km north of Valencia, is one of the most important cities of Valencia with approximately 66,000 inhabitants. Its famous beaches of Puerto de Sagunto are visited by thousands of people every year. The quiet beaches of the picturesque town of Beacon, Almardá or Canet d'en Berenguer, are considered the most pristine of the Valencian coast. It is also possible to enjoy the remnants of its history: Sagunto Castle, Roman Theatre, Church of the Savior (XIII century), archaeological museum and other historic buildings are of great cultural interest.
La Sierra Calderona, close to Gilet is the most important mountain formation near the city of Valencia considered as the green heart of the area. It offers panoramic landscapes and beautiful forest. A place to lose yourself in. Faura, a farming village in the county of Camp de Morvedre, which adjoins the north with the province of Castellon, is completely flat, with the exception of a small area on the southwest surrounded by the mountains of Rodana. The town also has large plantations of orange groves. It is a city with a population of about 3,600 people and is reachable by road only 5 minutes away from Sagunto and 30 minutes away from Valencia.
