Job definition

• In charge of the direction of the office
• Support, motivation and coaching of its staff
• Acquisition and sales of properties
• Clients support and assistance
• Extension and maintenance of contact network
• Developing and demonstrating an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the local property market and its products and services
• Creation of market analysis, property presentations and real estate concepts

Your profile

• Provable sales record and experience within the real estate market
• Results driven and entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
• Excellent inter-cultural and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of organisational skills
• Advanced  IT-knowledge
• Good level of Spanish, English and German, written and spoken

  • A high degree of dedication, excellent interpersonal skills, negotiating talent and ambition
  • Prior knowledge of the real estate industry is advantageous, but not necessarily a fixed requirement
  • High level of Spanish, both spoken and written
