Alcudia district
Alcudia old town, within the Roman city walls, is situated between the bays of Alcudia and Pollensa, at the beginning of the Victoria Peninsula and holds a charm of its own.
A good location from where to reach small coves to good restaurants.
Its vibrant port is endowed with many facilities, an animated nightlife, long, sandy beach and marina.
Nestled into the peninsula, enjoying spectacular views, are the exclusive areas of Bon Aire villa urbanisation, Mal Pas and Aucanada, all are close to the Cocodrilo marina, 18 hole International Golf Course and sheltered bays.
The area is home to some particularly outstanding properties as well as affordable holiday villas.

Other areas
Further along the coast we meet the resort of Ca'n Picafort with Albufera wetlands (an ornithologists delight) Playa de Muro with its long, white sandy beach and the small, fishing town of Son Serra de Marina with protected sand dunes.
Inland we offer impressive, fabulous country estates and houses throughout the Northern area to representative, traditional townhouses in the elevated town of Campanet, of Medieval origin featuring the gothic Sant Miquel church, the inspirational Vall d'Aixartell is found between here and Pollensa; traditional farming town of Sa Pobla with its delightful oratory and up and coming urbanisation of Crestatx, popular with property investors; Muro, the smallest town of Mallorca characterised with mills, together with Santa Margalida are gaining in popularity as areas relatively unspoilt with spacious, private properties.
