that is structured in several stages and focuses on various subjects.
This series of courses is especially geared to future managers and, in
addition to basic training, comprises the following subjects: management
training, HR management, office organisation, market analysis, questions of
sales strategy, the drafting of contracts and country-specific agency law. The
training leaves enough room to address the individual needs of each franchisee
and their country-specific questions.
