La Bruguera is a comfortable property, which belonged to a famous Catalan artists, the painter Casademont "Le Vieux". He and his wife have designed the building. The ambience of the cottage is very quiet; there are no visible neighbors or any noise.
The ground floor in the main house is the central living area with fireplace, integrated kitchen, heated veranda (dining room) a barrier-free accessible bedroom with private bathroom, another bathroom, Pantry and laundry room. The Basement has full kitchen and wine cellar and the hallway with staircase. The first floor has two rooms: living room and a double room. These two rooms look onto a terrace. There is also a bathroom, a wardrobe and storage. The second floor contains two rooms, bathroom with shower. By spiral staircase with weather-resistant glass dome you can reach the observation tower (12 m). Next to the hall is the spacious studio (125 m²). The studio, like the hall, double height interior is fitted with a gallery. There is directly attached to the building, "La Bruguereta", a separate guest house. The entire property, except the agricultural field, is completely enclosed and accessible by two entrances with remote-controlled gates that are monitored by cameras and monitors.
