Engel&Völkers is one of the leading service providers of commercial property. With a network comprising 23 commercial property offices, Engel&Völkers is widely represented in Germany. The company's main activities include the marketing of residential and commercial property, office and business premises, commercial and industrial estates as well as investment consulting.

In 2006, Engel&Völkers saw its annual turnover in the commercial property sector increase to approximately 49 million euros, a two-fold increase compared to the previous year. The "Immobilien Manager" magazine listed Engel&Völkers in its real estate ranking for 2006 as the number one company with the highest net commission turnover in the "Sales of Commercial Property in Germany".

Since 1988, the commercial property sector of Engel&Völkers has been headquartered in Hamburg. In Germany, approximately 250 employees are responsible for looking after owners, buyers, tenants and investors of commercial property. This comprehensive market penetration means that qualified consultants are always at hand to offer intensive, personal consulting.
