The royal town of Hua Hin has been the favourite resort destination for Bangkok's elite for over 70 years. Long weekends especially bring lots of holiday-makers into town. Only a three-hours drive away from Bangkok an endless stretch of beach, several world-class golf courses and excellent dining attract people from Thailand's capital.

Internationally, Hua Hin is becoming more and more prominent. Not only for the aforementioned reason but also because of luxurious hotel brands that one can find here, local tourism is booming.

That, of course, reflects on the local property market. Over the years many projects have been built and there are, regularly, new projects emerging.

More and more developments are starting to take off between Hua Hin and Cha Am in the north and Pranburi in the south. Those areas will gain from expansion of beachfront estates due to land scarcity in Hua Hin.

This area is one of the most interesting resort property markets within Thailand, and we at Engel & Völkers are confident that there will be a tremendous growth potential over the next years.
