The Engel & Völkers Master Licence for Thailand is owned by Double 8 Realty Co., Ltd. We currently operate property shops in Hua Hin, Phuket and Bangkok.
In order to facilitate our further expansion we now recruit dynamic, ambitious and hardworking staff for following positions:
Property Sales or Property Consultant - Kao Yai (Korat)
Responsibilities :-
·Selling or Renting out properties in Kao Yai (Korat)
·Advising local and international clients on property requirements
Qualifications :-
·Male/Female - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any related field
·At least 1-3 years experienced in property resale or leasing.
·Service-minded, out-going and hard-working, able to work in team
·Good command of speaking, writing and listening in English
·Computer literacy
·Driving proficiency will be an advantage.

Valuer
Due to a continuous improvement and demand within the housing industry, we have been receiving an increasing amount of inquires from new and existing customers for property feasibility, valuations and property research information and support. Due to this rapid increase in demand we are looking to expand our valuation and research team to help cope with our workload and are looking to recruit an experienced residential property valuer to join our team.
The successful candidate will need to hold the necessary Thai or equivalent valuer qualifications with at least 2 years experience, be motivated, confident and above all have an excellent track record and ability to convert inquiries into completed reports and implemented actions.
The ideal candidate should also ideally have previous work experience working for an independent international estate agency; however, we will consider applications from candidates with limited corporate experience if they have the right certifications, approach and attitude.
We are looking for people who are;
- A Thai national
- Male or Female between 25-35 years old.
- Have a Bachelor degree in Property Valuation or related fields
- Have experience in the preparation, feasibility and valuation of land and residential property
- Show a good command of written and spoken English
- Experience in the area of property/real estate sales is preferred, but strong sales skills are essential.
- Have a passion for Real Estate and service oriented in working with people.
- Hold Thai drivers license
- Specific qualifications and certificates of the candidate will be advantage.
