This lavish residence features a private 18m infinity-edged swimming pool, indoor and outdoor dining plus a second sala with pool bar at the end of the pool. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with wide covered terraces overlooking the bay. In the family room there are 2 beds and en-suite bathroom which could be converted to be the fifth bedroom.
The villa also provides maids room, laundry room, driver room and storage room and possibility to expansion below ground level with sea views.
Guests can make free of charge use from the inner resort transport, transport and use to and from the Andara beach club, tennis court, gym and 40m long pool. Use of Silk restaurant and Andara Spa are for tenants account. A welcome lunch or dinner is offered by the owner. All other food prepared by our great chef and beverages are available at cost price.
Attractive rental prices for 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms are available on request. Rates are subject to final confirmation of the owner.
