The stone cottage is kept in its original state, with Italian terracotta tiles, and open fire place and high ceilings with wooden beams.
The living area has a small but completely equipped open plan kitchen. The double bedroom has floor lenght window doors opening to the terrace, the shower room is kept in traditional marble.
The terrace has a large, partly covered lounge area, a dining area and an outside fire place. The small pool is set wonderfully to enjoy the views over the sea, out to the Greek islands. Several sun terraces complete the property.
Car hire essential. Distance to Yalikavak with all shopping & dining opportunities approx. 10 minutes drive, distance to the beaches approx. 10 minutes drive.

The cottage often has been referred to as "Honeymoon suite" and offers ultimate privacy.

Weekly cleaning & linen / towel change included.

July / August: € 1.250 / week

Final cleaning fees: € 80,--
