Job Description:
Realization of the Engel & Völkers basic training "Ready to Sell!" for our sales agents (i.e. sales, communication, resources management, listing presentation, showing, CI, advertising, GO!, market research, marketing, if applicable legal local requirements, etc.)
Realization of the Engel & Völkers Assistant Training (CI, advertising, marketing, Shop organization, GO!, controlling, etc.)
Supporting the Head Office Academy of Real Estate with regards to training leadership, recruitment and sales topics for Franchisees
Realization of standard Sales Coaching on the Job within the system training for Franchisees
Supporting the Relationship Manager in conjunction with the Engel & Völkers Real Estate Academy
Ensure and implement proper adaptation of the local market specifications into the training guidelines in cooperation with the Relationship Manager
Your Profile:
Commercial background or a business related degree from an accredited college or university with experience in the service industry
Trainer certification
Training experience (minimum 200 days) and a related degree
Coaching experience desirable
High level of organizational talent and very good PC skills
Excellent English skills
Preferably with the ability to speak at least one other foreign language. (Fluency in German is an additional plus)
Willing to travel
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the E&V system
Trainer needs to live and breathe the ethics and values of the company
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Competent manners and excellent communication skills
