Most clients that purchase or sell a home are most directly involved during the pending-to-closing period, and, of course, during their move. Since this is such an important time, wouldn’t it be great to have exceptional service during and after the moving process? At Engel & Völkers this is exactly what we do.

We call our clients the day before closing to see if there is anything that they need before going to the closing. We also call them six weeks after closing and again eight weeks later to make sure that everything is fine and that they are happy. Only then do we transfer the closed client to our Past Client Care program.
