About Marc

Marc joined the Engel & Volkers St. Petersburg Downtown office as the Financial Manager two years ago when the franchise was purchased by the ownership group.With his strong financial and sales background, he quickly realized his true passion is counseling clients regarding real estate purchases and sales and advising clients as a Professional Realtor ®.

Prior to joining Engel & Volkers in 2008, Marc’s financial background and scope of business knowledge led to his partnerships with several small businesses. Most of his career was as a licensed senior investment broker in the Midwest. He spent 25 years successfully advising clients and managing their financial assets including their real estate holdings. He holds an MBA in Finance / Investments.His knowledge of the financial industry and prior sales experience plus his commitment to customer satisfaction led him to pursuing his career as a Realtor ® in Florida. Marc brings a wealth of knowledge regarding real estate as an investment but he also understands the personal side of real estate from his own real estate dealings over the years.

Marc specializes in evaluating his client’s property decisions and assessing their needs whether it is their primary residence, vacation or second home, investment property or business. Florida and the Tampa Bay area present many real estate offerings that make it an attractive market for his clients.
