Sarah Mashburn

Sarah obtained her degree while simultaneously taking advantage of entrepreneurial opportunities, allowing her to shape and apply her studies instantly. Her Spanish studies abroad and independent world travels, combined with a specialized academic career, developed an appreciation for foreign cultures and societies. Sarah can recognize opportunities in foreign markets and strategically implement action plans to meet client's objectives.

Prior to pursuing International Real Estate and then relocating to Central America, she enjoyed a career as an Independent Insurance Broker. Helping clients make sound decisions involving economically driven strategies she found fulfilling and rewarding, especially given the health care crisis and consumer driven market the industry developed.

Today Sarah enjoys applying that same integrity and passion to an international clientele and their investment goals of foreign real estate ownership. Sarah began her career in International Real Estate in 2007 and has relocated to Costa Rica to pursue her dream full time.
