Lou holds a Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality management from Florida International University. Soon after graduating, started his career in the Hospitality industry where he spent over 25 years serving in various key management positions - Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Facility Management, and Management Consulting. Traveled extensively around the globe and established a network of valued friends and business contacts. Lou lived in Italy for 13 years and speaks Italian.
Florida real estate licensed since 1983. Lou has a storied record of success in brokering commercial and upscale residential properties in St. Petersburg and throughout the state of Florida. He also managed office facilities in multiple locations, warehouse complexes, and a portfolio of residential units. Served as Project Manager for a leading real estate development company with the responsibility for construction and sales of 173 upscale homes and a luxury condominium project.
