A successful realtor since 2000, Marlies has handled residential and commercial transactions across Pinellas County. Her expertise includes navigating the visa and tax issues associated with international sales. As a Civil Engineer, Marlies was a project manager and site supervisor of new construction before moving to St. Pete Beach.
