Centurion is one of the fastest growing cities in the country. It boasts the newly renovated Centurion Mall, Supersport Park and many historically important tourist attractions like Smuts' house, the Air Force Memorial as well as the S.A Mint and Coin World. Centurion has been identified by the central Government as a developmental hot spot. Centurion offers access to three main highways: the N1 (Johannesburg to Polokwane), N14 (to Krugersdorp) and the R21 (to Kempton Park and Johannesburg International Airport). There are excellent schools and medical facilities in the area.

The Gautrain will connect Centurion with Sandton and the OR Tambo International Airport. The completion date is August 2011. Centurion properties are  offered at varied prices: In the east, security estates like Irene View and Cornwall Hill average R2,5 million and Southdowns you can find fantastic farmhouse style houses from R 5 million. In the West, Eldoraigne, Eldo Glen and vicinity averages between R1,9 and R2,4 million. The middle range priced areas are Wierda Park, Highveld, Zwartkop, Hennopspark and Doringkloof with an average price range of R850 000 to R900 000. Centurion specifically Lyttleton has many townhouse complexes ranging between R450 000 and    R700 000, and other new developments. Currently there are two residential golf estates and an Ernie Els Signature course, is being planned for the near future. Total property sales in Centurion were in excess of R3,5 billion during the last year, and are still growing.
