Recent happenings at Engel & Voelkers

At this years annual licence partner conference in Johannesburg Ryan Forder was asked to give a presentation of Hoedspruit as an emerging property market. The presentation was well received and focused on wildlife properties.

On the 12th October the Engel & Voelkers master licence holder Craig Hutchison invited all the Engel & Voelkers shops to the annual "Rewards and Recognition" function, held in Centurion at the Royal Elephants Hotel. The Hoedspruit team had travelled all the way to witness Ryan Forder's nomination as "the best team leader" between a total of 25 shops nationwide.

HOEDSPRUIT - The July 28 auction, rock show and dinner for rhinos was deemed a success by the Rocking 4 Rhinos team, who were able to raise about R50 000 for the September 22 and 23 festival set to bring visitors from far and wide to celebrate World Rhino day in Hoedspruit.
Auctioneer Dave from Power FM kept guests entertained until all 42 auction items were sold or put on hold. The Engel & Völkers team Hoedspruit had booked a table and  Ryan Forder, the director of Engel and Völkers can  be seen in the photo with Jacqui Sive handing over a painting from Sue Dickinson. The painting of a male lion achieved a price of over R 3000.  Gareth Putter, founder of Rocking 4 Rhinos says: ‘On behalf of Rocking 4 Rhinos, I would like to thank the (Hoedspruit) community. The auction was a great success and it wouldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for the community’s involvement and support. The Rocking 4 Rhinos team salutes you all!’
