Mowbray – Students abound in this lively area close to the University of Cape Town.

Rondebosch – The excellent schools of SACS, Bishops and Rondebosch Boys as well as the University of Cape Town all lie in Rondebosch, and therefore this area is very popular with families, intellectuals and students.

Newlands – The home of sport in Cape Town, with Newlands cricket and rugby grounds lying side by side with the impressive Devil’s Peak as backdrop. Newlands is an older, established residential area close to schools with traditional homes.

Pinelands – Popular with first time homeowners this suburb has good schools and has good proximity to main roads and the airport.

Claremont – The commercial heart of the Southern Suburbs with upmarket shopping centres such as Cavendish Square and offices.The exclusive girl’s school of Herschel is located in Claremont with equally up market residential areas.

Bishops Court – The official residence of the Archbishop of Cape Town as well as numerous foreign embassy residences.Possibly the most exclusive suburb in Africa, homes found here are owned by very wealthy locals and foreigners.

Constantia – Historic wine farms surrounded by beautiful residential areas are the hallmark of the suburb of Constantia.
