Claremont – The commercial heart of the Southern Suburbs with upmarket shopping centres such as Cavendish Square and offices.The exclusive girl’s school of Herschel is located in Claremont with equally up market residential areas.

Bishops Court – The official residence of the Archbishop of Cape Town as well as numerous foreign embassy residences.Possibly the most exclusive suburb in Africa, homes found here are owned by very wealthy locals and foreigners.

Constantia – Historic wine farms surrounded by beautiful residential areas are the hallmark of Constantia.This attractive suburb has a decidedly country feel.Our Engel & Volkers office is located in this suburb.Other suburbs include Kenilworth, Bergvliet, Tokai and Plumstead, all offering more affordable residential areas.
