Christian Wöss

I have been working as a property consultant at Engel & Völkers Vienna for almost 10 years. In 2017, I successfully passed the qualifying examination to become a real estate agent and property manager, which led to the founding of my company Wöss Real Estate GmbH and simultaneous cooperation with Engel & Völkers Vienna.

My focus is on brokering residential properties in Vienna city centre and occasionally also on brokering properties in the Salzkammergut, my home region. Individual customer care is particularly important to me and I am happy to provide you with comprehensive expertise, service-orientated advice and many years of professional experience. 

I am also responsible for project sales and carry out plan optimisations, purchase price valuations and the complete purchase process up to the notary appointment and the handover of the house or flat.

My aim is to find the right property for each client and to provide competent support throughout the entire process.
