What is your role at Engel & Völkers?

As Office Manager for Innsbruck and Seefeld, I support our clients in the sale and acquisition of high-end residential properties, villas, investment assets and unique real estate.

What makes Innsbruck special for you?

The combination of alpine nature and urban life. The short distances between city and mountains offer a quality of life that is truly rare.

Do you have a favourite district?

Yes – the city centre around the historic old town. I think the development in this area over recent years has been outstanding. It combines heritage, charm and vibrant city life in a unique way.

What has been a special moment in your career?

The marketing of one of our very first properties in 2015 – an impressive villa with panoramic views over the entire city. That experience significantly shaped how I approach real estate today.

Is there a property that particularly stayed with you?

Yes – a villa on the edge of the forest in Gnadenwald. The atmosphere, the location, the overall presence – it had an exceptional character.

What are you proud of?

That over the past ten years we have established ourselves as a reliable partner in the Tyrolean market – and of our team, which stands out for its dedication, quality and strong sense of unity.
