Mariella Leydolt

As a passionate former bookseller with a special fondness for art and architecture, I’ve now been drawn into the world of Vienna’s most beautiful properties: Engel & Völkers.

In doing so, I can draw on the experience and global network of an internationally established real estate company.

I focus particularly on the beautiful, spacious, and green neighborhood of Hietzing, where I’ve lived for more than 20 years and feel completely at home. And even though it’s so quiet here that, as the saying goes, “the fox and the hare say good night to each other,” thanks to excellent transportation links, Vienna’s vibrant city center is just a short trip away. Whether you’re looking for peaceful seclusion or the liveliness of the city—Hietzing offers the best of both worlds.

With personal dedication, individualized support, and the utmost discretion, I’ll guide you through the real estate market—from the initial no-obligation consultation through every step and formality to a successful closing. Whether you’re buying or selling, it’s important to me to understand your needs, represent your interests to the best of my ability, and work together to find the right solution. Because for me, it’s about more than just a property—it’s about trust and a shared goal.
