Tobias Braatz

My passion for high-end real estate, architecture, and the Viennese way of life goes hand in hand with personal commitment and a high standard of advice and service. It is important to me to guide my clients individually, and not simply to broker a property, but to find the right place to live.

My core area is Vienna’s 6th district, Mariahilf, which I consider one of the most exciting residential areas in the city. Around Mariahilfer Straße, the Naschmarkt, and Gumpendorfer Straße, magnificent period buildings meet modern city life. Independent boutiques, charming cafés, and restaurants shape the neighborhood, as does its proximity to the city center. I find the combination of urban energy and the quieter side streets especially appealing, as it gives Mariahilf its very own character.
