Location: Ampfing, Bavaria
Ampfing is a municipality in the Upper Bavarian district of
Mühldorf am Inn and is located about ten kilometers west of the
district town of Mühldorf and around 70 kilometers east of Munich.
Its location in the Alpine foothills, combined with good transport
links via the A94 motorway and the Munich–Mühldorf–Simbach
railway line, makes the town highly attractive in terms of
transport. Ampfing railway station offers regular train services
toward Munich and Mühldorf, supplemented by a regional bus
network with a central stop near the station.
Ampfing is also well positioned in terms of infrastructure. For
families with children, there is a primary school and a lower
