To the right is a spacious guest or youth room with its own bathroom including a shower and a separate entrance—ideal for teenagers, visitors, or as a private office. From the hallway you reach the southwest-facing living area, which is flooded with natural light through large window fronts. A bathroom and a storage room are also located on this ground-floor level. The pleasant lighting conditions, especially in the afternoon, give the more than 40 m² living area a warm and inviting atmosphere. Solid wood floors and clay plaster create a harmonious indoor climate. The elegant anthracite-colored branded kitchen by Leicht with high-quality Gaggenau appliances adds a stylish accent. The prepared fireplace connection offers the option of making the living area even more cozy. From the living room you step onto the spacious terrace, which offers an unobstructed view of the natural pool created in 2024.
