Frédéric Van Blerk

Having started in 1993, I built my own real estate agency from the ground up. More than 30 years later, I look back on a career during which I have witnessed the remarkable evolution of the Antwerp real estate market. From the beautiful residential areas in the north and south of Antwerp to the stately townhouses and the new urban developments on the Eilandje, Antwerp South and the city centre, I have seen these neighbourhoods grow into what they are today.

Many of my very first clients still place their trust in our agency today. It is truly rewarding to see how their children and grandchildren are now also turning to us for our services.

I aim to continue this family tradition together with my three children, all of whom are actively involved in our company, alongside a close-knit team of young professionals who share the same ambition and dedication across our various offices. Together, we strongly believe in providing our clients with personal guidance in an ever-evolving real estate market.
