In the Bords de Lys project by CAAN architects, we warmly welcome you to this spacious apartment. You enter through the entrance hall, which features a large cloakroom and a guest toilet. The first room, the master bedroom, overlooks the communal garden. This room is equipped with a separate dressing room, fitted wardrobes, and its own ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Both the bathroom and bedroom have access to the terrace. The second room can serve as a bedroom, hobby room, or office. This room also has its own terrace. The third bedroom is also equipped with fitted wardrobes. On the right side of the hall, there is a shower room and a storage room. Next, you will find the open kitchen and living area. These overlook the water and have access to the largest terrace. A separate office space is provided in the living area, which is ideal for working from home. The kitchen is very luxuriously finished, including a brushed steel countertop.
