Equipment and special features of this development project

The historic Kronenhaus, a listed building, was constructed between 1902 and 1904 according to plans by the renowned Düsseldorf architect Hermann vom Endt. Built in a modernized historicist style with Art Nouveau ornamentation, it and the neighboring building, which still stands today, framed the entrance to the former Kronensaal, which served as a community center and was destroyed during World War II. This ensemble was built on behalf of the Protestant “Verein für Innere Mission” (Inner Mission Association). A total of 27 residential units are now being created in the main building of this historic and historically significant building, as well as four “loft houses” in the courtyard building. The “loft house” offered here is being built in the former courtyard building from 1910. This building was severely damaged during the war and rebuilt with a modified roof shape, which means it is not listed as a historic monument. The loft houses, located in the green inner courtyard, can be accessed via the large courtyard portal of the listed main building. Here you can live in the heart of urban Unterbilk without any street noise. The historic staircase provides easy access to the mezzanine floor of the loft house. The main living area, with over 60 square meters of floor space, impresses not only with its ceiling height of up to approx. 3.60 meters, but also with its large metal windows in the popular industrial look. The modern plank flooring emphasizes the coveted loft character of the unit. An external staircase leads to the private terrace and the idyllic garden area. On the garden level, there are two children's rooms with a bathroom and a utility room. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor with a dressing area and an en-suite shower room. Parking spaces for your e-bikes are also provided in the courtyard. For further details, please refer to the detailed building specifications, which we will be happy to send you on request.

Location: Düsseldorf-Unterbilk, Düsseldorf

Düsseldorf-Unterbilk has been one of the state capital's trendy districts for years and is no longer an insider tip. High-quality urban development and real estate development in the neighboring Media Harbor area have made this central district increasingly popular. Thanks to its numerous stylish facades, Unterbilk has retained the charm of centuries past and is one of the top locations in the Rhine metropolis. In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the innovative Medienhafen, which not only offers a wide selection of trendy restaurants and bars, but also a variety of architectural highlights such as the television tower and the Gehry buildings. Its proximity to the popular Rhine promenade, the lively old town, and Königsallee make this special residence the perfect inner-city address. Kindergartens, schools, and the Evangelical Hospital are located in the immediate vicinity. Numerous shops for your daily needs and a wide range of medical services can be found in the immediate vicinity or within walking distance on Loretto- and Friedrichstraße as well as in the Düsseldorf Arcaden. The ever-growing harbor scene with its many clubs, bars, cinemas, and restaurants, as well as the harbor basin and spectacular architecture, are a major attraction. Subway, tram, and bus connections are available in the immediate vicinity. Make conscious use of your bicycle or stroll to your favorite places in the city center. These advantages underscore the property's perfect inner-city yet quiet location.
