This edition marks a particularly special year for Engel & Völkers, as we celebrate 20 years of presence in Belgium. Two decades during which our network has grown around the same ambition: combining deeply local expertise with the strength of an international network. Today, our presence continues to grow in Brussels and Walloon Brabant, our development in Flanders is gaining momentum, and we have now extended our reach to the Belgian coast.

Through its pages, this new edition reflects our ever-expanding presence across the country. Brussels, Walloon Brabant, Leuven, Liège, Antwerp, Bruges, Ghent, Sint-Martens-Latem, Mechelen and Limburg feature in a selection that showcases the diversity of the Belgian real estate market, complemented by a selection of international properties.
But Private Residences is also an invitation to discover the trends shaping the art of living today. In this Autumn/Winter edition, we explore how entertaining spaces are being reinvented, with richer materials, sculptural furniture, considered lighting and new ways of living.
We also visit five tables that tell the story of Belgium’s rich gastronomic heritage, from Brussels to Roeselare, via Koksijde, Liernu and the Ardennes. Design and interiors complete this exploration with a selection of objects, materials and creations chosen for their character, craftsmanship and timeless appeal.
Through this new edition, real estate, architecture, gastronomy and design come together to offer a broader vision of luxury: an art of living in which places, objects and experiences reveal as much about a personality as they do about a heritage.
The print edition of Private Residences Autumn/Winter 2026 is available at all our offices across the country. We invite you to visit us, discover the magazine in person, browse through its pages and meet our teams.
It may just be the starting point for your next real estate project.
