Terms and Conditions – Contest

1. Organizer Information

The contest is organized by Engel & Völkers Brussels - Brabant Wallon (EV MMC Belgium) in collaboration with Maison Carette (ICE CONCEPT GROUP). For any inquiries regarding the contest, participants can contact brussels@engelvoelkers.com.

2. Contest Dates

The contest runs from August 26, 2025, to September 2, 2025 (CET). The winner will be announced on September 5, 2025, at 7:00 PM CET through an independent and random winner picker.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of Engel & Völkers, Maison Carette, and their immediate family members.

4. Entry Method

To enter, participants must:

Tag two 2 friends in the comments.
Repost the post (story or in feed)

Optionally, participants can share a picture of them enjoying an ice-cream on Tuesday 26th of August from the Engel & Völkers x Carette truck in Waterloo on their Instagram story by tagging above aforementioned accounts to increase their chances of winning.

Participants may enter multiple times within the contest period to increase their chances.

5. Prize Details

The winner will receive a year worth of ice-cream for free or the equivalent of an ice-cream cone per week or a voucher of 150€, valid until August 2026, to be used in its entiriety at one of the shops under the Carette.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

The winner will be contacted via Instagram by the official Engel & Völkers account to provide their email address. A digital voucher for the prize will then be sent via email.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be randomly selected using an independent random picker.

The winner will be contacted on Instagram by the official Engel & Völkers Brussels Brabant Wallon account.

The winner must respond and provide their email address to claim their prize.

The prize must be used before August 31, 2026.

If the winner does not respond within seven 7 days, another winner will be selected.

7. Instagram Disclaimer

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

8. Rights & Permissions

By participating, entrants grant Engel & Völkers and Maison Carette the right to use their Instagram usernames, comments, and tagged content for promotional purposes.

9. Liability & Disqualification

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant suspected of using spam accounts, fake profiles, or engaging in inappropriate behavior.

Engel & Völkers and Maison Carette are not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to lost entries, internet failures, or Instagram malfunctions.

10. Legal Compliance

This contest complies with Belgian promotional contest laws. Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
