Wonderful apartment with sea views at Plaça Llevant

From afar, we can already see this wonderful building, which has become a new landmark in Barcelona. A building initially created to be a truly innovative project, a building that will set a new standard in luxury living. A property conceived and constructed primarily for the enjoyment of residents, but also for locals from Barcelona and visitors to look at and admire. Upon entering, we are greeted by the concierge service that attends to us wonderfully and accompanies us to the apartment via one of the elevators. We enter the apartment and proceed to the master bedroom, with its large bathroom, featuring porcelain finishes on the walls and floor by Porcelanosa. The single or double solid surface sink and vanity with integrated drawers are designed by Odile Decq. The full-width mirror extends to the vanity, with recessed LED lighting. The solid surface bathtub designed by Odile Decq in the master bedrooms stands independently. We move further into the apartment and enter the integrated kitchen, fully equipped and perfectly combining with an open-plan living and dining area. The custom-made interior elements, such as kitchen islands, vanities, bathrooms, and door handles designed by architect Odile Decq, highlight the attention to detail in all rooms. All rooms have access to the wonderful corner terrace, with full-height glazing and sliding door systems to the terraces. It features curtain walls: windows that can be opened. Custom-built outdoor terraces with bamboo decking, curved glass railings, LED lighting, with water outlet and electrical socket.
