The residence is located in a building on the beachfront of Almardá, at the edge of the dunes. The apartment is on the first floor, with a security door that is part of an elegant, comprehensive, recent renovation, with good taste and modern aesthetics. Its charming foyer distributes the space without losing a square meter in hallways. On one side there is the American-style kitchen, fully equipped, with integrated appliances and two exterior windows. On the other side, we find the master bedroom, with a dressing area and an external window. Next to the entrance door, there is an attractively designed bathroom.
