The house is 300m2 built and needs some renovations, although some have already been completed such as plumbing and a new roof. The house has two floors and an unfinished attic, and it is distributed into 6 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upon leaving the house, there is another, much smaller one, which needs total renovation.
