Designed by the Mias Architects team, it seeks to merge the landscape with local architecture, using a color palette inspired by the same tones as the beach sand, with a special emphasis on the entry of light and the inclusion of outdoor spaces. From the entrance of the house, we access the spacious living-dining-kitchen area with an exit to the terrace. On the other side, we find the night area with 2 spacious and bright bedrooms, one of them a suite type, with a walk-in closet and integrated bathroom. There is another complete bathroom. The exterior façade closure is made of ceramic material with an innovative design. It has been decided to dispense with the traditional brickwork, choosing a dry partition system, which improves the behavior of these partitions against expansions, avoiding cracks and fissures. The flooring of the house will be porcelain of 1st quality, to be chosen from several options. The vertical wall coverings of wet areas in bathrooms will be with 1st quality ceramic tiles. Kitchen furniture with high and low modules in laminated finish and quartz or similar countertop. Kitchen equipment with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, and integrated extractor hood. High energy efficiency, thanks to the cold/heat air conditioning system, integrated by ducts and generated by aerothermal energy.
