A walk to shop among the stalls of Rialto is a tradition - and a small pleasure! - for those who, like us, are fortunate enough to live in Venice. We also pass by today, admiring the historic shops nearby to reach the spectacular property we discover today. The apartment we visit today is strategically located in the San Polo district, just a few steps from the Rialto Mercato and San Silvestro vaporetto stops. Upon arrival at the entrance, we climb the comfortable stairs that lead us to the fourth and last floor where a magical surprise awaits us. We are immediately struck by the light that floods the spacious living room, finished with wonderful exposed beams and made welcoming and comfortable by the colored walls that give character and style to the environment. On the sides of the living room, we find a charming custom-made kitchen, ideal for preparing lunches and dinners while conversing with guests, and on the other side, a bright dining room, enriched by a splendid designer staircase that leads to the attic floor. We then head towards the sleeping area consisting of three generously sized bedrooms, from each of which we can also enjoy a magical view over the city's rooftops. Two comfortable bathrooms embellished with elegant marble tiles complete the property. We retrace our steps and climb the beautiful wooden staircase in the dining room, discovering a new secret of this property, a versatile and bright space where you can work, exercise, or create a TV room to relax. Traditional details such as the majestic exposed beams, Istrian stone inserts, and the typical view over the rooftops blend perfectly with the modern and welcoming style, thus creating a unique, elegant, and unmissable property that takes us to another era and makes the dream of owning a piece of the most beautiful city in the world come true.
